Slow Flow Yoga
Mondays 9:45-10:45 am | Thursdays 6:30-7:30 pm
This all-levels class combines the benefits of dynamic postures and sequences with holding poses for longer amounts of time. The slower pace calms anxiety, bringing balance to the organs of the body while stimulating the meridians (energy channels). We will focus on both deep connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility while also flowing through more active postures that work on building strength and stamina. This class incorporates mindful sequencing that follows the ebb and flow of the changing seasons, providing a balanced practice that can greatly impact energy levels.
