About Embodied Flow​
​A gentle, mindful practice that invites you to slow down, tune inward and move with intention, becoming more aware of subtle sensation. Offering a unique blend of yoga, somatic movement, mindful breath work and guided meditation, this class will deepen mind-body connection, cultivate presence, increase body awareness, mobility, coordination and help to re-wire the nervous system to release chronic stress and tension. This class follows the ebb and flow of the changing seasons while offering a touch stone in your weekly routine, perfect for anyone looking for a gentler movement alternative or wanting a complement to higher intensity strength or dynamic yoga workouts. Suitable for all levels with no major injuries. Note: If you are working with acute pain or previous injuries that limit your range of movement, feel free to contact me and we can discuss if this is the right class for you. ​​​

About The Instructor​
​​Lucia Rich is a yoga/wellness Instructor, SomaSource practitioner and movement arts educator deeply devoted to the practice of embodiment through her personal practice and teaching of the sacred and expressive Arts. Infusing spirit into all her offerings, she creates ritual space and creative community for all ages through unique classes and workshops designed to unite body, mind and heart.
After completing her 200 hr teacher training in 2012 with Lisa Bennet and Charles Matkin in Garrison, NY, Lucia has taught in studios, corporate and private settings in Manhattan, Queens, Riverdale, Wall Street and throughout Westchester. She specializes in slow flow, gentle yoga, yin, yin/yang and chair yoga and currently teaches throughout Westchester.
Important Details
Schedule: Winter/Spring 2026 Classes will run Mondays/Thursdays, 9:30-10:45 am, with some holiday exceptions through June 18th.
Cancelation Policy: Class may occasionally be cancelled due to weather or teacher illness. An email will be sent out to anyone who has a current class card. Updates will also be posted on Embodied Arts & Wellness FB page.
Class Cards: Winter/Spring class cards purchased after Dec 18 will expire June 18th.
