An in-person deep dive somatic and creative laboratory for mothers, caregivers, and women who are ready to return home to themselves. We begin in the body, through intuitive movement and somatic practice. Then we make space for expression through art, reflective writing, and guided creative play, held inside a small, intentional circle of women.
There is a version of you who moved through the world differently. A little less tired, a little more wild. And then life asked you to put her down. Not forever. Just for now. But now has lasted a long time. Creativity is not a luxury you lost the right to. It is how you know yourself. It is the doorway back into your aliveness and your embodied presence. It has been hovering close by, like a hummingbird, waiting to be welcomed back. All you have to do is put out the feeder.
