Yoga & Creative Movement

Ages 3-6 + caregiver
Foster a love of yoga with your little one by introducing simple postures and movement concepts through music, stories, games and embodying animals and images from the natural world. Kids will get a feel for simple breathing tools and mindfulness exercises that help soothe anxiety, connecting body, mind and heart. ​

These day off of school hands on classes include both a movement and art class, the perfect balance of play and structure, offering our signature blend of collaborative play, art making and improvisational movement activities connected to seasonal themes, building curiosity, confidence and empowerment through the creative process.​​​

Move & Make Saturdays
with Anna Adler & Lucia Rich
Ages 6 +
Kids will move their bodies and make with their hands In these lively Saturday Pop-Ups! Each session will offer our signature blend of collaborative play, art-making, and improvisational movement activities. Kids will explore a variety of art forms and techniques using recycled and up-cycled materials, discovering how to transform everyday items into something new-- all while nurturing curiosity, cooperation, and learning about sustainability and self expression.
1st Saturday of the month, 10 am -12 pm
