A 4-week, somatic & creative laboratory for mothers and women who are ready to come back into ownership of their own bodies and return home to their creative essence.  Before anything else, come back to your body through intuitive movement and somatic practice. From this embodied place, we create space for self-expression through art, reflective writing and creative exploration, finding your belonging within an intimate circle of 12 women.  Remember your fullness, not just your function and restore the parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way, your creative inklings, your wild aliveness and your embodied sense of purpose,
