Slow Flow Yoga

Mondays, 9:45-10:45am (on summer hiatus)
Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 pm (on summer hiatus)
About Slow Flow
This class incorporates meditation and mindful sequencing that follows the ebb and flow of the changing seasons, providing a balanced practice that increases energy and decreases stress. The slower pace calms anxiety, bringing balance to the organs of the body and stimulating the meridians (energy channels). It is inspired by both Yin and Yang yoga styles, focusing on the deep connective tissues, holding static poses for longer amounts of time as well as flowing through simple sequences that increase joint mobility and range of motion.

Weather and School Closing Policy
If the Ossining School District cancels school or has a two hour delay, morning yoga classes will be cancelled. Evening classes will be evaluated and an email will be sent out to confirm whether class will run.
