Dancing Home is an intuitive dance practice weaving somatic movement, curated music, embodied play, intentional guided instruction and reflective writing to support a transformative inner journey. A space to release stress and tension in the physical body and unwind stuck energy in the emotional body, opening the channels of inspiration to create more space for whatever is ready to move through you. Each class is a unique opportunity to access your inherent wisdom and replenish your connection to the creative spirit in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Embodied Flow
An Intuitive Yoga Class
​A mindful and seasonally inspired practice that invites you to slow down, tune inward and move with embodied presence. Offering a unique blend of yin and yang yoga asanas, somatic movement, mindful breath work and guided meditations that emphasize internal sensation, expect fluid transitions and a mix of seated, reclined and standing postures. This class will deepen your mind-body connection and help to re-wire the nervous system to release chronic stress and tension, quickly becoming a touch stone in your weekly routine.​​​​

Motherhood Reset
A Yoga Class for Moms at Home
A 4-week gentle series designed for Mothers at home. Come as you are and find your flow, right here, right now. A space for you to move, breath and feel without the need for perfection -- even if kids are nearby or life feels full. You don't need a cute outfit or a pristine studio. Leave the laundry unfolded -- Yoga can happen right here in your living room. This is the pause you give yourself to create more space

Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
With Lucia Rich & John Parssinen
An invitation to relax and receive through heart centered meditation, gentle somatic movements and restorative yoga led by Lucia Rich, and meditation, healing sound tones and optional hands-on reiki with John Parssinen. This class will calm your nervous system and nourish every level of your physiology in a healing atmosphere that aids in stress-release and raises your energetic vibration.

Winter Yin Yoga & Meditation
This gentle immersion workshop is an invitation to slow down and replenish in community through yin yoga, somatic movement, reflective writing and yoga nidra that will calm your nervous system and nourish every level of your physiology. Poses will stay close to the floor, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body, focusing on the hips, legs and spine. Each pose is held for several minutes, followed by a rebound or rest period which encourages deep listening and receptivity in the body, mind and heart.

Chair Yoga
A gentle and accessible option to improve flexibility, strength and balance, all while seated or using a chair for support. Perfect for individuals with limited mobility who want to engage in yoga but may find traditional poses challenging, we will incorporate gentle stretching, breathing techniques and mindful movement. You can expect a mix of seated and standing exercises (using the chair for balance), with verbal cues to guide you through each pose. Each class will begin and end with a short guided relaxation to promote stress release and improve body awareness.
