Yin Yoga- Thurs @ 7:15pm

Yin Yoga's slower pace calms anxiety while also bringing balance to the organs of the body by stimulating the meridians (energy channels). Poses are held for longer than in a traditional Hatha or Vinyasa class, which works on the deep (Yin) connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility. 

Vin-Yin Yoga- Sat @ 9:30am 

Vin-Yin blends two styles of yoga into one practice-bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses at the beginning and end of class with more dynamic sequences and standing postures in the middle that build strength and stamina.  Combining both Yin and Yang elements in a class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels.
