Slow Flow Yoga

This class combines the benefits of holding poses for longer amounts of time with more dynamic postures and sequences. The slower pace of this all-levels class calms anxiety, bringing balance to the organs of the body and stimulating the meridians (energy channels). We will focus on both the deep  connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility (Yin) while also flowing through more active postures that work on building strength and stamina (Yang).  This slow flow class incorporates mindful sequencing that follows the ebb and flow of the changing seasons, providing a balanced practice that can greatly impact energy levels.
