Vin-Yin  

Vin-Yin brings together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures that build strength and stamina. Combining both Yin and Yang elements provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels.

THURSDAY 

7:30 PM EASTERN 

Slow Flow Yin  

A nourishing combination of gentle Vinyasa sequences and Yin Yoga, this class calms the nervous system and brings balance to the organs of the body by stimulating the meridians (energy channels). Poses are held for about 2-3 min each which works on the deep (Yin) connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint mobility. 

 

Classes run 60-70min

Anyone registering for class will receive a video recording

in case you can't attend live, or you want to re-vist the class again.

VIdeo will be available for  2 weeks. 

Recommended props for home practice:

• 1-2 yoga blocks (sturdy, thick books work as well)

• 1-2 Pillows (long pillows vs. short, square ones are best)

• 1 yoga blanket (A bath towel works just fine)
